Churches in Ayrshire South

Until 2008 couples planning a Church of England wedding could only marry in their local church. The Marriage Measure 2008 allows couples to marry in a church with which they have a strong connection. The act does not allow you to marry in any church; there must be a connection, for example that you once lived in the area, or your parents got married there.
