Laughton Barns

Circa Events has built its reputation by creating some of the most memorable and highly praised wedding breakfasts in the South East.

Set in the heart of Sussex, nestling against the South Downs, are the 80 acres of lush greenery that envelop Laughton Barns. There are 3 very different barns to choose from at this venue, and each has spectacular views over the downs.
The South Barn is a small barn which has a marquee attached to the side and seats up to 250 guests. The veranda of the South barns has beautiful views across the lake.
The Crown barn is a new addition to Laughton Barns which offers seating for up to 300 guests, and it has been traditionally built using local Oak, brick and stone. The barn is rustic with exposed beams and gothic style chandeliers.
The Hovel is a small barn that you can use to have your civil ceremony outside in the open. We can provide a red carpet and PA system if required.
All 3 barns are licensed for civil ceremonies, so as you can never rely on the English summer, if it is bad weather, your ceremony can be held at one of the other barns.
Working with your event organiser, it's up to you which elements of the grounds you choose to use as the backdrop to your event. If you are looking for a romantic but rural wedding venue, then we would highly recommend viewing this venue.

Venue Hire - £4,000 for fully lined marquee or new barn with chandelier lighting, exclusive use of the grounds and luxury toilets, resident DJ, lighting, speaker system.
No amplified band music is allowed at this venue.
