How does Augmented Reality work in your Wedding Stationery?

Our Augmented Reality feature is a really cool addition to the traditional wedding invitation, save the date and thank you card. Your guests will scan a QR code on the card and be shown a video with a unique 3D effect. This video is totally personalised by you and can feature a video message from you and your partner, images, your engagement video and other personal touches that your guests will be blown away by!

How far in advance should I order stationery?

As soon as you have booked your venue, you should start shopping for your stationery. You'll want to ensure as many of your guests keep your wedding date free as possible. With Memtell, you can personalise your wedding invitations, save the dates and thank you cards all online - so it's super simple to do this quickly!

Should I send save the dates?

If you are wanting to ensure your guests can make the event and are planning over a year in advance, yes, we recommend that you send out Save The Dates. With Memtell, your guests will want to keep hold of your video, so it makes your Save The Date much more memorable!

Can I see a sample of your designs before ordering?

When you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation containing a digital test card within 48 hours. You can then try the Augmented Reality feature and see if you are happy with it. You'll then have 7 days to cancel or request to change your order. We will print and ship your order as soon as you give us the go ahead.

Is there a minimum order?

No, if you only want to send these incredibly personal cards to a handful of special guests or you're eloping an only inviting a small group of people, you can order 1 card up to 155 cards at once online. If you need a larger order, please contact our team directly.

What information do I need to send to my guests?

You should include all the key details of your wedding day in your wedding invitations, including the date, venue, your names, dress code and where they can RSVP. We would recommend that you repeat this information in your video too as well as include some heartwarming words and some lovely images and videos to really ensure it reflects your personalities.

Can you design bespoke stationery for our wedding?

With our Blank Canvas stationery cards, you can edit all pages of your Augmented Reality save the dates, wedding invitations and thank you cards. You can also message the team at Memtell if you require any help with the design.
