I can’t legally marry you. My couples and their two witnesses head to the Register Office in advance of their Wedding Day for a simple 2+2 ceremony, usually followed by a nice lunch! There you make the statutory declarations and sign your marriage certificate. Then I will be able and honoured to announce you as married on your Wedding Day in front of your friends and family in a celebratory ceremony – one that really stands out from any other, with truly personal and memorable moments! Hurray!

As an independent celebrant, quite literally, anything goes! My couples can include multi-faith rituals, readings, hymns and prayers, music, and even alcohol in their ceremonies - all of which prove very popular, as so inclusive of everyone's needs! It may also be reassuring to know that I am trained and certified by the International College of Professional Celebrants and fully insured.

My prices start at £695 for 2024 wedding ceremonies. We'll have so much fun getting to know each other with calls and venue recces, so I can create and fine tune your wedding ceremony. My mission is to make sure your wedding ceremony reflects you, your personalities and wishes perfectly. It can be anywhere on the scale from silly to sentimental - I love to be flexible and creative, and take pride in delivering exactly what you want on your wedding day. Let's talk :)

We'll make sure they are exactly right for the occasion. I'll also help you source readings, and am in my element when it comes to symbolic wedding rituals. There are no rules with a celebrant led wedding ceremony, so it's entirely up to you what you'd like to include! Symbolic wedding rituals like a handfasting, unity candle, Quaich, jump the broom, and music, dance, alcohol? Anything goes - and we can have lots of fun creating and personalising your ceremony so it's totally bespoke to you.

In an ideal world, yes! But I am a happy traveller, so if you are located far away and your wedding ceremony will also need me to put in some mileage, then that's not a problem. We can always rely on Zoom to build our relationships - a little like online dating!

I have turned around wedding ceremonies in six weeks from Booking Form to the Bride's entrance, so there is no limit here. I am busy though, so if you want me with you on your wedding day (I hope so!) best to let me know the date you have in mind as soon as possible so I can check availability and pencil it in in the diary for you. Exciting!
