Interesting fact about Conwy
Conwy town is home to Britain's smallest house. Built in the 16th century it measures 3.05 metres by 1.8 metres, a record confirmed by the Guiness Book of World Records. Its last known tennant was Robert Jones, a 6ft 3inch fisherman. Due to his height, Jones was unable to stand up fully in any of the rooms in the house, eventually moving out in 1900.
