We’re delighted to invite you to Windmill Village Hotel’s June Wedding Showcase 2026. Set in picturesque parkland overlooking our tranquil golf course, our hotel is one of Coventry’s most sought-after wedding venues. Whether planning an intimate ceremony or a grand celebration, our elegant function rooms and bespoke packages provide the perfect backdrop for your special day.

Licensed for civil ceremonies of up to 350 guests, the hotel offers a choice of beautiful spaces for your wedding day, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations.
For your ceremony, choose from the rustic Chapel Suite with its original beams and private entrance, the elegant Windmill Suite or light-filled Pickford Suite, both overlooking the golf course. From 2026, couples can also exchange vows outdoors on the balcony with sweeping parkland views.
Your wedding breakfast is the perfect time to celebrate with family and friends. The Windmill Suite is a popular choice for receptions of up to 240 guests, featuring sparkling chandeliers, floor-to-ceiling windows, a private bar, and balcony for those magical sunset moments. For your evening reception, host up to 250 guests in the Windmill Suite or 120 in the Pickford Suite, with flexible catering from buffets and hog roasts to late-night snacks.
Make your day extra special with an overnight stay. Newlyweds enjoy a complimentary bedroom, with 10 further guest rooms reserved at preferential rates. Upgrade to the honeymoon suite or start your morning in The Retreat, a private getting-ready space for you and your wedding party. With 105 bedrooms on-site, guests can relax and celebrate without the worry of travel.
To add even more to your celebrations, Windmill Village offers pre- and post-wedding experiences.
