About Rossett Hall

Set within landscaped gardens in the village of Rossett, Rossett Hall Hotel centres weddings around a Grade II listed Georgian mansion that combines period architecture with a modern hotel setting. Civil ceremonies and celebrations take place on site, allowing the day to unfold in one location, from arrival through to the evening reception.

Two dedicated function suites host weddings of different sizes, each with its own private bar and lounge space. Both suites open directly onto the gardens, creating an easy transition between indoor celebrations and outdoor photography or drinks receptions. The venue is licensed for civil ceremonies, giving couples the option to hold both ceremony and reception within the hall and its grounds.

Only one wedding reception is held each day, allowing exclusive focus on a single celebration. Guest numbers can range from smaller gatherings through to larger receptions for up to 300 guests. The wider hotel setting forms part of the experience, with individually styled guest accommodation available on site for couples and visiting guests.

The historic building sits within country grounds surrounded by the North Wales countryside, while remaining within a short drive of both Chester and Wrexham, making it accessible for travelling guests. Throughout the day, celebrations move between ceremony space, reception suites and garden areas, with the Georgian façade and entrance providing a central backdrop for photographs and arrival moments.
