This year there are an unprecedented number of opportunities within reach of wedding businesses in the UK, each of them running over 2-3 days to enable attendees to develop a lasting and meaningful international network.
The Table Design Exhibition
Istanbul, Turkey. 4th-6th December 2024
One of the most prestigious and Instagram-able events for international wedding designers and planners to showcase, network and share knowledge, The Table Design Exhibition is a unique concept aimed at planners, suppliers and venues. It's a chance to see the work of 9 carefully chosen internationally renowned wedding planners and designers, including the UK's Sarah Haywood and Paula Rooney, and speak to them about their designs. In addition to the interactive exhibition, attendees will enjoy numerous networking events and conference sessions. It's highly recommended for anyone working on the creative side of the wedding industry; planners, designers, florists and photographers as well as those keen to network with international planners.
The cost to attend the entire event is £850-£1500 (€1000-€1750) plus accommodation. There is no requirement to stay at the host venue.

London. 21st-24th July 2025
Aimed exclusively at luxury international wedding planners, venues and suppliers, with educational content and immersive experiences aimed specifically to inspire ambitious growth, Engage! returns to London for the first time since November 2019 and is expected to be an instant sell-out again when ticket sales open this Thursday. It is curated by international planner Bruce Russell and hosted by the Maybourne Group of Claridge's, The Connaught, The Berkeley and The Emory. The high level of investment tends to limit the attendees to those already working in the global luxury market, 60% of which are wedding planners, who expect a no-expense-spared experience, with gifting to match.
The cost to attend is £6600 ($8500) plus preferential rates of £495 - £895 to stay in the host hotels where networking continues late into the evening and over breakfast.
It takes place in various hotels in London including Claridge's, from 21st-24th July 2025

RSVP Symposium
Canary Islands - 18-22nd November 2024

Run by the charismatic James Lord, RSVP (previously Bridelux) is based in London and runs experiential and educational symposia in several different countries each year aimed at wedding planners and suppliers. RSVP run a series of events and both of these events are open to non-members and are within easy reach of the UK. With membership growing yearly you'll find plenty of opportunities to grow your network and develop a relationship with regular suppliers and attendees.
The cost to attend either of these events is £3000, with a 20% discount for members, plus accommodation at the host venues.
