After meeting whilst walking their dogs and a romantic proposal in Snowdonia, Beverley and Victoria decided to tie the knot in a rustic, tweed themed wedding at the beautiful Hatfield House. We absolutely adore their unique theme and the stunning setting of this country house venue.
The Proposal
Victoria proposed to Beverley on a trip away to Snowdonia with their dogs Oscar and Fudge. She popped the question on the summit of Cader Idris. Beverley instantly said yes, and they celebrated over a cup of warm soup!
The Dresses
When it came to the dresses, Beverley and Victoria chose dresses that complemented each other and worked with their rustic theme. Both opting for lacy, floor length gowns from their local bridal boutique, their dresses perfectly accentuated their countryside location and tweed dress code.
The Big Day
On the day they got ready together in their cottage and walked to their intimate reception together at Hatfield House. It was important to them that their close friends and family were involved in the day. Beverley’s brother walked her down the aisle, and their friends gave speeches. Also, their dogs joined them for the photos wearing adorable tweed bow ties! As well as their traditional wedding cake, Victoria and Beverley chose a cheese tower and a delicious rustic pie which their guests loved. For their entertainment, they chose a live band which kept their guests dancing all night long.
Their Favourite Moment
Everybody had so much fun on the day! Beverley and Victoria said their favourite part was having everyone they love in one room together.
