As well as being a couple, Matthew and Gary make up the almighty duo Fabulous Flowers. With the change in the UK wedding laws in early 2014, they decided it was their time to celebrate since same sex weddings were finally legal.
As wedding industry insiders themselves they enlisted suppliers that they had worked with over the past ten years. Numbers were kept low with friends and family for an intimate ceremony at Belmond Le Manoir in Oxfordshire, followed by a delicious 9 course wedding breakfast at La Belle Epoque.
A couple of days before their wedding they were faced with the upset of Matthew’s daughter Chloe not being able to attend. A ceremony was held in a hospital chapel in Kent at 9am on the morning of the wedding day and Chloe was able to be part of what made the day so perfect.
