A love for the films was incorporated into their big day with tables named after the Star Wars planets, entering the wedding breakfast wearing masks, wielding light sabers to the imperial march!
Guests expected a traditional fishtail dress, but Kirsty surprised them with a tea length vintage one. The surprises continued with the couples first dance (Jack Johnson, Better Together); having had a secret dance lesson, they shocked everyone with their moves. Kirsty personalised her wedding, making her very own bridesmaid dresses and getting her cousin to make all the stationery. Kirsty has now started a business called HandMaid dresses!
