Pre-wedding trials are essential for the Bride-to-be so that I can get to know your style and what you're hoping to achieve on the day. It's our chance to try different looks to ensure it is perfect for you. It is also the opportunity to ensure the products are compatible with your skin and to test how long your look will last. I ask for feedback after your trial on the longevity and if we need to make any tweaks on the day.
Book your make-up trial when you have chosen your wedding dress so that I can design your perfect look around your dress style. If you would like help to ensure your skin is in the best condition for your day (for beautifully radiant skin) I recommend booking your trial up to 12 months before your day. If we do your trial in a different season to your wedding day, I account for the change in weather conditions and adjust your skin prep. Most brides have their trial 6-12 months prior to the day
I travel all over the world to do weddings and have done many weddings in France and Italy, I also travel all over the UK.
I offer individual Make-up packages per person and have some great deals available, please refer to the Offers page for full details.
I like to allow an hour for a bride's makeup on the wedding day and 45/50 minutes for the Maid of Honour, Adult Bridesmaids and Mums. I plan for you all to be ready at least one hour before your ceremony time or when you'll be leaving to attend church, this allows for dressing and photo time before you see your Registrar and keeps things nice and relaxed.
I don't normally stay for the service and evening as I prep skin and makeup to last for 24 hours, i.e. your entire celebrations without the need for touch ups (except maybe lipstick touch up before your evening guests arrive). However, if you feel more confident in having me available for touch ups I am happy to do this.
Absolutely! I love making each member of the bridal party to feel special and love to do Mums make-up too!
Yes I do and feel equally passionate about them enjoying the pampering experience along with your entire bridal party, they want to feel part of it too :) I can offer a teenage make up option if younger bridesmaids don't want full make up, and flower girls (aged 8 and under) having some lipgloss, sparkle, blush and eyeshadow are complimentary.
Yes I offer Make-up lessons for Brides-to-be. I am a qualified Make-up teacher and assessor to VTCT Level 3. I have trained many Brides to do their own make up on the day; getting the best products for long lasting flawless looks on the day and how to apply them for 24 hour wear. I like
