Based in North Lincolnshire, The Party Frock offers a truly bespoke wedding gown and outfit dressmaking service. Every garment is designed and made to your own personal measurements and your own design ideas and fabric choices. Whether you want a traditional gown with a twist, or something truly one of a kind and wacky, The Party Frock can create a garment as unique as you are.

The Party Frock offers a bespoke dressmaking service for bridal and occasionwear. Our speciality is one of a kind, alternative wedding gowns and outfits for the truly unique individual.
Each garment is carefully created from your own personal measurements and to your own specific ideas and fabric choices. We take into account what you really want from your outfit. Whether it's pockets in your dress, a multiple garment outfit, options to remove trains and overksirts, trousers instead of dresses and much, much more.
You have total input into the design and fabric ideas. We take all of your ideas and put them into one cohesive design to suit your aesthetic and personal needs. We can source trims and other decoration to make your outfit more personal.
For every garment a 'toile' or mock up garment is created, to ensure the fit is perfect before we even put scissors to your chosen fabric. You will have around 5-6 fittings in total, with attention to detail at every turn, continuing to make sure that you are comfortable in your garment.
Our speciality is alternative design, so don't ever thing your ideas are too wacky and not traditional enough, remember this is your day and you want to feel completely you!

Our Sustainability Commitments
We always try and reduce the amount of waste we produce, as the textile industry famously creates a lot of it! All calico toiles are cut down and recycled to make other toiles and to practice sewing techniques with. We order the amount of fabric we need for the garment, and aim to buy local where possible. Any offcuts of fabric are donated to schools and community groups to be used for smaller projects. Older sample dresses are sold on to be worn again.
