Yes. We work by appointment only so every bride and customer receives a private, relaxed and personal experience. Appointments allow us to prepare for your visit, give you dedicated time in the boutique and offer the right styling support for bridal, Curvy Bridal, Off-the-Peg, occasionwear or accessories.

Bridal appointments usually last around 90 minutes. Off-the-Peg, occasionwear, accessories, measure, retry and collection appointments may vary depending on the appointment type. Please choose the most suitable option when booking, or contact us if you are unsure.

No, standard bridal and occasionwear appointments are currently free of charge. Please book in advance so we can prepare for your visit and give you a private, personal appointment experience.

We recommend starting your bridal journey around 9–12 months before your wedding day where possible. Most designer wedding dresses take several months to arrive, and you will also need time for fittings and alterations. If your wedding is sooner, don’t worry — our Off-the-Peg collection may be a perfect option.

We hold bridal samples in store from approximately bridal size 6–28. Our Curvy Bridal collection starts from around bridal size 16 upwards. Some designers may offer smaller or larger sizes to order, but not every dress is available in every size. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before booking and we will be happy to guide you.

You are welcome to bring up to 4 guests with you to your bridal appointment. We recommend choosing the people whose opinions you trust most — those who will make you feel supported, confident and relaxed throughout your visit.

Yes, once you have chosen your dress, you are welcome to take photos. During the early part of your appointment, we encourage you to focus on how each dress makes you feel rather than comparing lots of photos. Your stylist will guide you on when photos are appropriate.

Yes, we stock a beautiful selection of wedding veils to complete your bridal look. Your stylist can help you choose a veil that works with your dress, venue and overall wedding style, whether you would like something simple, romantic, detailed or statement.

Yes, we offer a lovely selection of bridal jewellery and finishing touches. Your stylist can help you choose pieces that complement your dress, veil and overall bridal look, from simple elegant details to more statement accessories.

Yes, we stock a selection of bridal shoes to help complete your wedding day look. We can help you choose shoes that suit your dress, personal style and wedding plans, with comfort and confidence in mind.

No, we do not currently stock bridesmaid dresses. We focus on wedding dresses, Curvy Bridal, Off-the-Peg gowns, occasionwear, veils, shoes and bridal accessories.

Alterations are arranged separately and are not included in the dress price. We can advise you on the next steps once your gown arrives and talk you through trusted alterations options, but we do not carry out alterations as part of the dress purchase.

Our made-to-order bridal gowns usually range from approximately £950–£3,600, depending on the designer, style, fabric and detail. We also offer Off-the-Peg and sale wedding dresses from around £250, which can be ideal for brides with shorter timescales or those looking for a ready-to-take-home gown.

Yes, we offer occasionwear for Mother of the Bride, Mother of the Groom, wedding guests, race days, cruises and special occasions. Our occasionwear appointments include personal styling support to help you find an outfit that feels elegant, comfortable and right for your event. We stock styles from designers including Emma Bridals and LaBella by Gino Cerruti, with availability, sizing and ordering options varying by designer and style.
