After having to postpone our wedding from last year in April 2020 to April 2021 due to Covid, Brian has been a star right from the start and has helped us through the circumstances which we were all in. On the day Brian was amazing, not only does he drive, he also helps out with the little bits you wouldn't have thought you needed help with. Brian is the perfect gentleman! The booking process all the way up to the wedding day Brian is most approachable. We hired violet- she was immaculate. The most perfect service that really puts a nervous bride at ease. Not only was Brian our driver but he helped in so many other ways for a short part of the day he was basically my maid of honour, he carried my veil, helped me walk in the dress and even helped get me on my horse for some photos! We were married in St Mary's church, Portchester castle on Monday 3rd June, My Wife to be and her bridesmaids were collected by Brian and taken to the church, due to unforeseen circumstances on the day I ended up behind the bride! Brian was told about this and just said, no problem, leave it to me, he then took the scenic route to enable me to get ahead of them. After the ceremony he was so patient while photo's were being taken, when we did eventually get to the car he congratulated us, settled us in the car then gave us some bubbly to congratulate us on behalf of Cathedral Cars. He was an absolute star on the day and communication between us leading up to the day was absolutely first class, cannot thank Brian and his team enough. Will be recommending Cathedral cars to anyone and everyone.

On the day the car we ordered broke down so Brian brought the Daimler. He dealt with it so professionally and couldn’t apologise enough. For me there was a beautiful car to take me to the church so it wasn’t a problem. Brian was such,attentive, helped with my dress and helps to make our day extra special. Absolutely wonderful! The car was amazing and Brian was incredible! The weather wasn't great to begin with on our day and he made sure I was kept dry and that my dress wasn't getting ruined! Our ceremony and reception was at the same venue, but Brian waited during our ceremony so that my husband and I could have a short drive together and some photos with the car which really made our day that little bit more special. Even after the drive, Brian stayed for some time, helping carry my train and keeping it out of puddles! It was such a pleasure to have Brian involved in our wedding day, thank you so much!

Brian is the one we loved from the very moment we met him at the wedding Fayre a year before our wedding. The cars then came a very close second. We opted for the convertible Daimler. A few days before the wedding we had a call to confirm all details and to be told unfortunately the chosen car was poorly and everything was being done to get it sorted but either way there was a back up. Every step of the way Brian kept us informed and we then came to the decision it would be best to go for the vintage Rolls. Brian was very apologetic. On the day Brian did everything and so much more than a driver. He was the calming influence we all needed, helped with the young page boys and he even stuck around and helped sort my dress out for the photographer. He only left once he knew everything was running smoothly. Really cannot recommendation Brian and Cathedral Cars enough... he really will make any ones big day so very special.

The problem is... that there is absolutely nothing to fault! The car (Daimler convertible) was perfect for us but the service provided by Brian Bennett was outstanding. Fantastic service! When I booked our wedding car I thought it would be a car with a driver but Brian was so much more. Along with helping me out the car he helped me into the venue, sorted my train, held my flowers, told me what was going to happen next. We got married on Saturday the 19th of August 2017. And we honestly couldn't have asked for better service. Brain is an absolute star he was great from start to finish and nothing was ever to much for Brain. Down to making our day extra special to alway helping with my dress or carrying mine and my bridesmaid handbags. Brian was friendly, professional and always had a big smile on his face, we honestly felt like he was part of our wedding party.

Brian was absolutely fantastic on our wedding day. I was a bit panicky as we left the house and Brian instantly put me at ease. He just oozed calm when I needed it most! The car was absolutely beautiful and nothing was too much trouble - multiple visits from my house to the church and a lovely scenic drive to our reception venue so myself and my husband could relax with a bottle of bubbly. Cathedral cars couldn't have been a better choice! The cars are simply beautiful and the drivers are amazing. The driver of the bridal car even doubled up as a 'bridesmaid', sorting out the bride's veil and train for photographs on the way to the venue when the bridesmaids weren't available. I had put in a special request for biscuits and alcohol free fizz and both were delivered as requested during the journey from the church to the reception. Some vital luggage (mainly make up and hair stuff) was safely stowed in boot of the bridesmaids' beautiful Daimler to be transported to the venue. The cars arrived well on time making the whole experience stress free. The lovely Rolls was a super backdrop for some lovely photos. We all felt we knew the drivers like old friends by the time we had to say goodbye. We couldn't be more satisfied with the excellent service provided by Cathedral Cars and would recommend them to anyone. They fulfilled every request no matter how great or small.

Shocking behaviour, exceptionally Rude. My partner and i came across one of their cars parked outside a venue in Fareham and went over to enquire about hire for our wedding. We approached smiling and i put out my hand to shake the drivers hand while introducing myself only to be met with crossed arms and an arrogant and condescending stare for about 15 seconds while i explained who i was and why i was coming over, hand still held out in front of me. It wasn't until the guy realised he could sell us something that he then proceeded to uncross his arms and go to fetch a brochure. Needless to say this was stunningly rude and grimy behaviour. The look alone was just shocking, without the wait to see if he felt i was worth him uncrossing his arms to shake my hand! So if arrogant used car salesman is the vibe your going for on your wedding day, cathedral Cars is for you. With so many options with better cars and more affordable prices in the area, we'll unsurprisingly be booking with someone else.

The company was very understanding, providing a service at very short notice, co-operating fully with decor of cars when colour schemes were changed, chasing up secondary transport from another company on the day when it did not initially appear, providing accommodating rates as it was generally a quiet time of year and a very short journey, punctual, friendly, approachable and above all professional at all times. A very reliable dependable company, with a vehicle in pristine condition, that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing a similar service.

A massive thank you for the outstanding service you gave us on our wedding day!! Brian is such a gentleman! He is the nicest person I have ever met! We booked Brian very far in advance as when we met, I knew he had to be a part of our day! We had a change of plan 6 months before the wedding whereby we had to do an extra trip with the cars. In a very stressful situation, I messaged Brian and he reassured me by saying ‘all part of the service’ – such a lovely man! We can’t thank you enough for the service, advice, teaching me how to get out of the car with my dress on and making us feel very much like royalty! We would 100% recommend Cathedral Cars!

Well where do I start? My Mum organised as a surprise the wedding car which was the vintage Rolls Royce, it was absolutely stunning and I was so excited and my Dad certainly was. As for our chauffeur Brian - what an amazing man. He couldn't do enough, he genuinely cared and was so helpfully from beginning to end. I was extremely nervous on the day and he put that all to ease. Just wanted to thank Brian for his amazing service on our wedding day! Our friends had gifted the car to us as they no longer needed it but you wouldn't have thought that with the way Brian treated us! From beginning to end his was attentive and made sure everything went smoothly for us. He even held my flowers for me whilst I went to the loo! Amazing man! I chose Cathedral Cars to escort me on my wedding day due to their exceptionally friendly yet highly professional manner. Brian, the Chauffeur on my big day kept in regular contact with me on the run up to the big day, constantly providing reassurance and guidance which I found very beneficial. The car was immaculately clean and fresh, decorated to a very high standard. With regards to value, you definitely receive more than you pay for! Brian arrived within good time on the day (armed with a large white umbrella), allowing enough time for our photographer to take photos of the bride emerging from and with the car. Following the ceremony Brian waited to escort both my husband and I for a tour of our choosing so we may both enjoy the luxury of the car whilst ensuring we were kept entertained and let us celebrate with a courtesy bottle of bubbly. Brian was also amazing following the ceremony, my pink bouquet suited him quite nicely. Brian was a huge help in getting our guests organised which took the pressure off my husband and I. The whole experience will never be forgotten, beautiful memories were made with the assistance of Brian and Cathedral Cars.

We just wanted to say a massive thank-you for all your help with our wedding at Romsey Abbey and Beaulieu. It was great that you allowed us to come look at the cars, which enabled us to understand what suited us and our day better. The Rolls Royce was simply stunning – we could not have asked for a more cared for car, and we are very glad we chose it. Following on from that I certainly felt like you took every effort to make sure I was comfortable from helping me get into and out of the car to making sure my dress looked ok when I had got out. It was service beyond expectations, and one we are grateful for. These things all help make the day that extra bit special! We will certainly recommend you to family and friends! Cathedral cars were excellent from beginning to end. They provide a 5 star service with very friendly and helpful staff and an excellent standard of cars.

We hired two cars for my daughters wedding, everything co-ordinated well, the drivers were helpful and courteous, including calling a few days before the event to make sure of the details, including timings.

Amazing!!! Brian was brilliant, we were so pleased with the car and to top it off we had Brian! He was fantastic :) made me feel at ease on the way to the church had a few laughs as we had to go for a extra drive as guest were still arriving which was no problem and took a little detour on way to reception to let guest arrive and give me and my husband time to relax and enjoy some bubbles

Not only are these cars absolutely stunning, beautifully looked after and incredibly comfortable (even in a big wedding dress!)...I can't even begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for Brian, what a complete and utter gentleman. He made our day extra special by simply being so kind and genuine. I could go on forever. You'd be silly to go elsewhere! THE BEST EVER.
