One less thing to worry about. Let 16 Seater Travel take the whole of your wedding transport off your plate, or just the one journey you need.

Transport is the part of a wedding that quietly causes the most stress. Couples who hand it to us cross it off the list and never think about it again.

LEAVE IT ALL TO US
Tell us your venues, your timings and roughly how many guests, and we do the rest. We plan every movement of the day, from the bridal car at the front door to the last minibus home, check every route in advance and deal with the venues and the timings. On the day you have one contact who knows the whole plan, and on the bill you have one price for the whole day. No juggling three suppliers, no chasing, no last-minute phone calls. You simply turn up and enjoy it.

OR PICK JUST THE PART YOU NEED

1. GUEST MINIBUSES
Modern 16-seat minibuses, dressed with ribbons, that keep the whole wedding together. Hotel and station pickups, ceremony to reception, a shuttle through the day and safe runs home after the last dance. Up to four can arrive together, bringing sixty-four guests in one go. No parking battles, no designated drivers, nobody missing from the photos. From £220.

2. THE WEDDING CAR
The Beauford: a vintage open tourer in ivory with tan leather, wire wheels and whitewall tyres. Hood down for the photographs, hood up if the Sussex weather turns. The car your guests will remember. From £385 for the whole day.

3. THE LUXURY CAR
A gleaming black Mercedes, dressed with ribbons and florals in your colours. Perfect for a bride who prefers modern elegance, or for the groom, the parents and the VIPs.

Whatever you book, chilled Prosecco, ribbons in your colours, unlimited waiting and a uniformed, DBS-checked chauffeur are always included.

Driving since 2011 and trusted with more than 400 Sussex weddings. Dates for 2026 and 2027 are going fast, so request pricing today, tell us what you need, and we will hold your date and take it from there.
