About Jax's Event Catering
Jax's delicious menus are created with high quality, fresh, locally sourced ingredients where possible. Everything will be prepared fresh within a few days of your event. As her aim is to create food that not only looks great but tastes great too! She loves to chat with her clients to discuss your requirements. She offers tasters & consultation where you can chat through menu options & how everything will run or if you are not local she can do zoom consultations.
She is very lucky that she gets to travel across Devon and North Cornwall to some beautiful wedding venues. As well as this she can also caterer in marquees and source the equipment required to do so. She has crockery and cutlery in white and vintage available to hire.
She can setup and serve your welcome drinks (drinks and glasses not included).

I would recommend at least a year in advance, although some dates at shorter notice may still be available.
Yes I can.
Yes, however, everything is made in an environment where nuts, egg, milk, gluten and other allergens are present. Jax can accommodate allergies however her kitchen isn’t a specialised free from kitchen so all though she will do her best to not cross contaminate by using separate equipment the items will still be prepared in the same environment. It is your responsibility to notify Jax of any allergies.
