‘Bill’ our beloved horse box was rejuventated in 2024 and beautifully restored into our state-of-the-art mobile pizza van!

We have 2 Gozney Pizza ovens which use either gaz or wood-fire to create the finest homemade pizzas.
We are fully equiped for either pop-up dates or private hire.

We use only the finest imported Italian ingredients, blended with the highest-quality locally sourced produce.

Our pizza dough is cold-fermented for 48 hours giving it a richer, deeper flavour, using only authentic Italian “00” flour. Then we top it with a rich tomato sauce made with San Marzano DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) tomatoes, crushed with a little added Maldon sea salt and topped with Fior di Latte Mozzarella.
