About Rudd Event Catering

We’re a family run catering business based in King’s Lynn, Norfolk and are headed by Ryan, Sophie and Tracy. Food isn’t just our job, it’s our passion. We have an emphasis on local produce and why wouldn’t we, living in Norfolk! We strive for perfection at every event we cater and have been impressing guests throughout Norfolk and surrounding areas for many years. To compliment our beautiful dishes we have our own beautiful range of tableware in-house and offer bespoke bar/drink services.

Our wedding breakfast menus tend to go down the route of a modern take on British classics, whilst we head for a more funky, street food style with our evening offerings.

All confirmed bookings receive a complimentary taster session for two when booking includes a two or three course wedding breakfast. We do not offer tastings for evening buffets/street food.

If you can't find what you like on our sample menu we can of course produce a bespoke menu to meet your requirements.

We can supply your drinks for the day when booking us for your catering. Our mobile bar service, Twilight Bars, should you choose to book that too, is a fully equipped, fully stocked bar, offering draught lager, ales, wine, spirits and soft drinks.

The sooner the better to secure your date! Once you are booked in and a deposit has been received the day is yours!

We work all over Norfolk and surrounding areas in many different venues.


Yes we do but if there is anything you wish to use on your day that we don't have we can consult with hire companies on your behalf.

I’m Ryan and I founded our business in 2008 and have continued to improve and expand our offerings since. My passion is creating the perfect day for you and your guests I will be your main point of contact throughout the lead up to your event. I endeavour to make sure your big day runs worry free and I am always just a phone call away. I head our kitchen and surround myself with a handpicked team who I confidently know will provide an unrivalled service and will make your day amazing
