Brooklyn Pizza & Co. brings a mobile pizza kitchen to your wedding. Slow-fermented dough, fresh toppings, pizzas cooked to order and handed straight to your guests — no buffet trays, no reheating. It works as evening food, a reception centrepiece, or the late slot when everyone's back on the floor and hungry again. Based in Glasgow, serving venues across Central Scotland. Free travel within 30 miles.

We turn up, set up, and cook to order. Our trailer is a full working kitchen, so every pizza goes from oven to hand in minutes — hot, fresh, and nothing sitting under a heat lamp.
What we serve:

Eight pizzas including a rotating weekly special, plus sides. We'll build the menu around your guest count and any dietary requirements. Everything is made fresh on the day.
How it works for weddings:

Evening food after the meal, a relaxed reception centrepiece, or late-night food when the dancing's in full swing. We're happy to talk through what suits your timeline.

· Weddings from £18 per head, 60-guest minimum

· Based in Glasgow, covering Central Scotland and beyond

· Free travel within 30 miles, then £1.50/mile

· 25% deposit secures your date, balance due 7 days before
