Terms and conditions
Offer applies to new Maison of Memories Wedding Day Coordination and Focused Coordination bookings for weddings taking place on or before 31 December 2026. £100 will be deducted from the standard package price applicable at the time of booking. The offer is subject to wedding-date availability and is only secured once the Maison of Memories booking process has been completed and the required booking payment has been received. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings, exchanged for cash or transferred to another service. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with another monetary discount or promotional offer. Travel charges or other agreed additional costs are not included in the £100 discount and remain payable where applicable. Maison of Memories reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer for new enquiries at any time. Confirmed bookings will not be affected.

I work on a set-fee basis, so you’ll know exactly what your wedding planning or coordination service will cost from the beginning. My packages have clear starting prices, with a personalised quote provided based on your wedding, location and level of support required. There are no percentage-based planning fees, giving you clarity and confidence when budgeting for your wedding.

Yes. If you’ve created or sourced your own wedding décor, I can help bring your vision together by setting up and styling your DIY details as part of your wedding service. For couples looking for professional wedding styling, décor hire or larger installations, I’m happy to work alongside trusted wedding stylists and suppliers to create a beautifully cohesive celebration.
Maison of Memories is personally led by me, so you’ll have one consistent point of contact throughout your wedding planning or coordination journey. I usually work independently, but for larger or more complex weddings I can arrange additional trusted support where needed. This ensures your wedding has the right level of coordination while keeping the experience personal and consistent.
I work closely with your venue coordinator so our roles complement each other. While they focus on the venue, its team and responsibilities, I focus on you and your wider wedding plans. I’ll communicate with them ahead of the day, align timelines and logistics, and work alongside them on your wedding day to help ensure your venue, suppliers and personal details come together smoothly.

I also love the idea of giving wedding flowers a second life where possible, whether that means repurposing arrangements throughout the day, gifting flowers to guests, or donating them after the wedding so they can continue to be enjoyed rather than going to waste. My approach is not about making the planning process restrictive or complicated. It is about finding small, practical ways to create a beautiful celebration with more intention and less waste.
