With many years of experience within the hospitality and events industry and over 200 weddings. D Semple Consulting is proud to work across all types of weddings types across Scotland, UK and the world.
Danielle has years of experience planning weddings including from a wedding venue coordinator side. As well as experience in managing suppliers and on the day coordination. This experience gives Danielle a great insight into how best to run weddings and how to work best with wedding venues and suppliers.
We can help with venue sourcing & management, supplier sourcing & management, wedding admin, Planning & decoration support, accommodation sourcing for wedding party and on the day coordination.
We believe that every wedding couple is different, so every wedding is different. We are here to take away your wedding related stress and give you back your weekends and evenings. We look to become an extension of you for the duration of the wedding planning.
Whilst based primarily in Edinburgh, we can travel across the UK - with the majority of the pre-wedding organisation happening remotely.

For a complete planning service, this is priced at £4,200. For mico-weddings, our pricing is bespoke package.
No, we work with all budgets. We believe that everyone deserves their dream wedding regardless of their budget.
We are happy to work with your preferred venue or suppliers and can suggest suppliers and venues as well.

Yes, we offer an 'on the day coordination' service. This is suitable for the Wedding Couples that want to plan the day themselves but want to hand it over, have the peace of mind on the day that their dream will be executed by experts.
For planning, you will work with one set planner. On your wedding day, we have a team who coordinate your day. We can bring up to three team members depending on your weddings' needs. This is an additional extra charge of £300 per person for 10 hours. Overtime charges applies.
We work on a set fee basis. Please note that they will charge for any additional tasks you ask for assistance with outside of the agreed scope and for any expenses incurred on your behalf.
Danielle has experience as a wedding venue co-ordinator, so understands what information they require. We will meet with them and work with them to ensure that your wedding day runs smoothly from both sides.
We offer preliminary wedding styling to help you work out what wedding styling you are looking for. We then hand this over to our decor partner who refines this and brings this to life for you.
Yes of course, we offer a complimentary, no obligation 30 minute video call for every wedding couple to discuss how we can work together.
