About AutumnOak Events

We are creative event planners who provide a stress-free and sustainable planning service across the North East. For weddings, we offer varying levels of support, including hourly consultancy, planning packages and on-the-day co-ordination.

Juggling family life and a full time job can leave very little time to give the biggest day of your life any thought, and this is where we come in. We can help you by ensuring the planning journey and event itself is as stress-free as possible, whilst also enabling you to have creative freedom over all the elements you’d like to be involved with. We work with the highest quality and eco-friendly venues and suppliers across the North East. Together, we will ensure your vision is brought to life and you can relax knowing everything is in hand and taken care of.

We offer a number of packages with varying levels of support, but you can always drop us a message if you require something a little more bespoke. Visit our website for more information on our packages.

All packages come with a free, no-obligations, consultation which will last 30-60 minutes. Contact us to arrange.

FAQs

Each service is unique and may require more or less work than others and so based on this we will work out your cost for our service. Typically we charge 10% of your overall budget. For a full planning service, this is a minimum charge of £2,500. We also offer an On-the-Day Coordination service for £750.00.

It depends on which package you opt for. Our planning packages are a percentage, and our On-the-Day package is £750.00.

There is no minimum budget, however, to get the most out of our full planning service we would recommend a minimum budget of £15,000. For our partial planning, we would recommend a minimum budget of £5,000 for what you are still needing to source.

We love to work with suppliers and venues that are sustainable and hold this close to their values. However, we understand our customers may have particular suppliers and venues in mind that they wish to work with and that is fine by us - we are happy to work with anyone in the industry.

Unfortunately, not. Due to airmiles and the carbon footprint, this isn't something we would be looking to offer.

We can indeed! It's only £750.00, so drop us an enquiry, if you are interested.

Not currently. We are looking to source an in house stylist in the future, but for now, if you would like a wedding stylist, we can factor this into your budget for you.

We work as a duo. In our team is Charlotte and Phoebe who will look after you from the start of your wedding journey all the way though to lights up at the end of your big day.

We will work as a the go to person for your venue and suppliers. As we will be in the loop with everyone involved in your big day, and we have the know how to pull it off seamlessly, we will be able to convey your vision to everyone ensuring no detail is missed and to avoid the repeat questions venue co-ordinators are often asked from multiple sources. We will have meetings with them to work together to pull together the behind-the-scenes plans of your wedding ensuring a stress-free day for all.
