Jenny Loyd has over 25 year's experience of organising luxury weddings & parties, tailored to suit your wishes. She is particularly experience at working in marquees, though loves venues too! Jenny & her team will guide you over the weeks and months of planning, obtaining quotes, overseeing the set up and managing the event on the day. We charge a fee for our services and do not take commission from suppliers.

Jenny Loyd has been working at the quality end of the hospitality industry for nearly 30 years, over 20 of which have been based in Suffolk. She set up Inspired Event Management over 25 years ago, to assist brides, grooms and their families with planning really memorable weddings for the right reasons! We will meet with you to discuss your ideas, and following this if you have a budget to work within, we will prepare a spreadsheet of costs and proposal. If you commission us to work with you over the coming months, we will provide you with quotes from appropriate contractors suitable for your occasion. We charge an hourly or fixed fee and the whole time are working on your behalf to create the best event possible within your budget. If we receive any discounts from suppliers through 'being in the trade' or having built a good working relationship with the contractors, we will pass these on to you. Leading up to the event we will oversee deliveries (if you wish) and on the day itself we will manage the whole event from start to finish, finally turning off the generator or lights at the end of the night! We have many years of experience at working in a wide range of marquee structures, and of booking and managing the power load of generators. We will help to order your catering hire, table linen, loo units, musicians, transport, accommodation, etc etc
