ON THE DAY COORDINATION & REHEARSAL

A rehearsal meeting before your wedding day to confirm on timings & set up locations for all vendors (cake, flowers, DJ, photo booth etc.)

On the day coordination (up to 8 hours) where duties can include coordinating set up, directing guests upon arrival, ensuring all vendors are aware of any changes throughout the day, liaising between yourselves & the vendors should there be any changes to the timings, ensuring the day runs as smoothly as possible.

Any last minute or on the day “hiccups” will be addressed swiftly by myself, leaving you to enjoy the day!

FINAL PLANNING & COORDINATION
From £1400

Assistance in the final weeks of the planning process as well as on the day coordination

A rehearsal meeting before your wedding day to confirm timings & set up locations for all vendors

On the day coordination for up to 8 hours

Unlimited email, telephone & Skype/Facetime assistance

Creating and distributing the wedding day timeline to all vendors

I will be the point of contact for the vendors in the final weeks & during your wedding day leaving you to enjoy the process.
