About Elite Weddings & Events
Elite Weddings and Events with Cara runs free Elite Wedding Experiences at beautiful venues including Ruthin Castle, Albrighton Hall and The Shropshire. Unlike big, crowded shows, we keep each event small, with only a few suppliers per category, so you have time to really talk. Every couple gets a Wedding Experience Passport, and the first 50 take home a goodie bag. Meet our hand-picked Elite suppliers and start planning your day, stress-free.
THE ELITE WEDDING EXPERIENCE 2027
Each of our events has its own theme and setting:
- Behind the Castle Walls – Ruthin Castle, Sunday 17 January 2027
- Love on the Fairway – The Shropshire, Telford, Sunday 24 January 2027
- Love by the Lake – Albrighton Hall, Shrewsbury, Sunday 7 February 2027
- The White House Wedding Story – The White House, Rhuallt, Sunday 21 February 2027
All events run from 12pm to 3pm. Cheshire dates are coming soon.

We believe a beautiful wedding doesn't have to cost the earth, and we try to make our events kinder to the planet wherever we can. LOCAL BY DESIGN Our Elite Wedding Experiences bring couples together with local suppliers from across North Wales, Shropshire and Cheshire. Choosing a local wedding team means less travel on the day, fresher seasonal flowers and food, and more money staying in the local community. REAL VENUES, NO BUILD We hold our events in real wedding venues rather than temporary exhibition halls, so there are no large stands or one-use sets to build and throw away afterwards. LESS PAPER, LESS WASTE - Tickets are booked online and shown on your phone - Our free planning tools and wedding planning app help couples plan digitally - Our goodie bags are reusable tote bags, made to be used again long after the event - Personalised tablecloths for our members are reused at every event HELPING COUPLES CHOOSE GREENER Our suppliers are happy to talk about seasonal flowers, local food, reusable decor and pre-loved or rented outfits. Just ask on the day. We're always looking for ways to do better, and we welcome ideas from couples and suppliers.

Every couple is welcome at Elite Weddings and Events. Love is love, and we want every couple to feel seen, celebrated and comfortable from the moment they book their free tickets. WHAT THIS MEANS AT OUR EVENTS - Our booking forms ask for partners' names, not "bride" and "groom", so you can tell us about yourselves in your own words - Our Wedding Experience Passport and goodie bags are for every couple, whoever you are - You're welcome to bring anyone you like, whether that's family, friends or your chosen family - We use inclusive language in our marketing, talks and catwalk shows OUR SUPPLIERS We expect every supplier in the Elite Vow Collective, and everyone exhibiting at our events, to treat all couples with the same warmth, respect and professionalism. Treating any couple differently because of who they are or who they love has no place at our events. TELL US IF SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT If anything at one of our events, or from one of our suppliers, ever makes you feel unwelcome, please contact Cara directly. Every concern will be listened to and taken seriously, and we'll act on it. We're always learning, and we welcome feedback on how we can make our events even more inclusive.
