About Fizz and Groove
Fizz and Groove are a DJ company with a difference. We are the opposite to every cheesy wedding DJ out there. With stylish hand-built wooden DJ booths and young stylish and experienced DJs, you cannot go wrong booking us.
There are hundreds of reasons that Fizz and Groove are a cut above all of the competition.
Firstly, most wedding DJs turn up with the same old tired metallic DJ booth with a white or black cloth covering the front - We have bespoke wooden DJ booths - these fit in well in all venues, but really fit perfectly in barns and classic venues.
Secondly and most importantly, when most people think of "wedding djs" the first thing that comes to mind is a 50 year old in a polo top that looks like it has seen better days, talking over the music and introducing every song, playing cheesy, clichéd music. Fizz and Groove are the polar opposite to this stereotype. We turn up to every gig in smart trousers and fitted shirts, only use the microphone for introductions and announcements and we play an incredible set each and every time. Every single thing has been thought of to make sure the set up is absolutely on point. All lighting and sound equipment is top of the range. The lighting system alone that each DJ turns up with is worth around £2500- £2800.
Thirdly we provide services that other DJ companies dont. We provide access to our event planning website where you can compile a playlist of your "must play" and "DO NOT PLAY" songs. All of this is then discussed in a phone chat 2 weeks before the wedding.
We also provide a wide range of extras from a "wedding pong table" to sweet carts and party photography - at cheaper rates than it would cost to hire a photo booth for the night

We have masses of experience with venues that have sound restrictions and sound limiters. This is not a problem for us and we can set the volume/mixer in a way that will mean that this will not cause any issues on the night.

45 mins is standard. We always arrive 2 hours before start time, to allow for plenty of time and just incase there are any issues on the day. Being early means we have never, ever been late and never let people down.
