Evental, Entertainment and Photo Booth in Bedfordshire

About Evental

Evental helps couples collect wedding guests’ photos and videos in one shared online album. Guests scan a QR code and upload directly from their phone browser, with no app download or guest account needed. Personalise your album and download original files after your celebration. Based in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, our online service is available throughout the UK for a one-time payment.

Create and personalise your shared Evental album, then display its QR code on table signs, invitations or your welcome sign. Guests scan the code to upload photos and videos from their phone browser, bringing their perspectives on your day together in one place.

Photo-only and photo-and-video albums are available for a one-time payment, with unlimited uploads, up to 300 guests and 12 months of album hosting. Hosts can download the original files after the celebration. You can personalise and preview an album before paying to open guest access.

Evental provides the online album and upload service. Physical photo booth equipment, attendants and professional photography are not included. The service is available online throughout the UK.

Evental also offers branded albums for wedding venues and planners who want to include guest photo sharing in their packages.
