The duration of our visit depends on the size of the display we’ve been hired to provide. We always arrive with plenty of time to set everything up safely and efficiently. After the main event, we carefully clear all equipment and debris and notify the venue once we have departed to ensure everything is left in order.

Yes! All of our displays come with a free visualisation of the real show before the event. Our show design team will create a custom design for your display and provide you with a video so you can review it and request any final adjustments, ensuring everything is perfect for your special night.

Our fireworks displays can go ahead in light rain, as all safety measures remain in place. To ensure the best experience, we will advise you of the weather conditions 48 hours before your display. We recommend bringing suitable rain gear or using any covered areas provided for your comfort. In the unlikely event of severe weather that could affect safety, we will contact you promptly with alternative arrangements or options.

Yes! Wedding sparklers are included free of charge with any fireworks display booking. All we need to know is the number of sparklers you require so we can prepare them for your celebration.
