The custom-designed marquee sits upon the original foundations of where the 19th century manor house once stood, and is situated within 3000 glorious acres of Osmaston Estate’s countryside setting of rich woodland, rolling hillsides, and astounding lake views.

Our Estate offers a substantial setting for your marquee wedding reception, with us offering you the option to hold your Wedding Breakfast, through to Reception with us here at that Estate. Our wedding season is only from 1st April till the 31st Oct.
We love weddings! We want our couples to love their wedding and live high on the memory for years to come. Be unique and have the food, drink, music and décor you want in a fully equipped marquee with a jaw dropping setting, beautifully decorated with ivory silk lining and chandelier lighting. It is fitted with key features: dance floor, star cloth, bar, tables, chairs, linen, themed lighting and luxury toilets. Basically we provide the perfect setting and marquee and our couples then add food, drink, music and their own decorative touches.
The marquee has been exclusively designed to fit the stately setting and has a covered decking area in front of its twin double doors that overlooks the world class view. The walls of the marquee are transparent to ensure that guests can continue to enjoy our epic setting whilst indoors. The surrounding area is lit at night to great effect.
Our fully equipped marquee can be tailored and extended to suit any party size, large or small, up to a capacity of 500. The internal layout and lining will be arranged to fit each wedding individually and the seating arrangements and layout for the reception are dictated by the wishes of each couple and will be set out accordingly. The decor of the marquee can also be personalised by each couple to tie in with whatever theme or colour scheme they have in mind.
