About The Barn at Pengelly

Situated in the heart of Cornwall, The Barn at Pengelly is an award winning purpose-built wedding venue that is nestled within a 5th generation working farm. The family have lovingly created a unique venue that overlooks rolling hills and tranquil lakes.

With exclusive hire, three licensed ceremony areas, on-site accommodation, a glam room, kitchen garden and wedding co-ordination, our team will ensure you can enjoy your special day and make memories that will last a lifetime. We offer beautifully curated styling packages, including full table décor and large LOVE letters, to make planning effortless and stress free.

We have seven cottages that sleep 35 plus on-site camping, shepherds huts and a luxury honeymoon cabin overlooking the lakes. The cottages offer a central courtyard with large wooden gazebo, BBQ, fairy lights, furnishings and a fire pit so you can get together the night before your wedding with some sundowners. You can then wake up with your wedding party on your wedding day, get ready in the luxury glam room, whilst your Wedding Coordinator welcomes your suppliers and takes care of the finishing touches.

The bar will be open an hour before your ceremony allowing your guests to mingle in anticipation of your arrival. Your guests will be seated before you make your entrance into our glass fronted barn or outside on the lower terrace, with both options taking advantage of the stunning views.

Once you’ve tied the knot, your guests can enjoy a glass of Pimm’s, beer, or bubbly from our drinks packages, served by our team. While you’re off capturing photos by the lakes, palm trees, farm lanes, hammock, swing, or sweeping terraces, your guests can enjoy our lawn games before sitting down to dine from your chosen menu from our new in-house catering.

With our multi-day hire, at the end of the night you can retreat to our luxury handmade honeymoon cabin overlooking the lakes, and reconnect with your wedding party the following morning to share stories from the night before over coffee and pastries. We also offer a Sunday Saver for those who are looking for a more stripped back version and don't require accommodation.
