About Gorse Hill
Gorse Hill is a wedding venue and hotel located near Woking, set within 17 acres of Surrey countryside. The venue is based in an Edwardian mansion house, combining period character with event spaces used for weddings and celebrations.
Weddings at Gorse Hill are hosted across different areas of the venue depending on the day and format chosen. Civil ceremonies can take place within the Mansion House during the week for up to 90 guests, while weekend weddings are hosted in the Garden Suite Ballroom, which accommodates up to 150 guests. The Garden Suite is also used for receptions and provides a self-contained setting for wedding celebrations.
Accommodation is available on site within the hotel, allowing couples and guests to stay at the venue as part of the wedding. A Honeymoon Suite is available for the couple, alongside additional guest bedrooms.
