About The Oak Tree of Peover

The Oak Tree of Peover occupies an oak-framed barn and estate in Lower Peover on the edge of Knutsford, set within roughly 30 acres of private grounds in the Cheshire countryside. The venue’s structure incorporates exposed timber and large windows that bring daylight into its interiors; two indoor rooms – the Ladybird Room and the Acorn Room – are licensed for civil ceremonies, and an Outdoor Pavilion also holds a civil licence for weddings outside.

Couples have exclusive use of the site from mid-morning until late evening, and within the venue there is space to move from ceremony into wedding breakfast and evening celebrations without relocating guests. Indoor licensed spaces offer the setting for ceremonies and meals under one roof; in warmer months an outdoor option in the Pavilion expands where vows can take place.

The indoor areas are designed around oak framing and natural light. The venue provides a licensed bar and facilities for dining and entertainment.

Preparation spaces are available on site for both parties to use before the ceremony, and there is parking for guests on the estate
