About Stratton Court Barn

Stratton Court Barn sits on Pool Farm in Stratton Audley, Oxfordshire, as a family-run exclusive-use wedding venue with a range of indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremonies, meals and evening celebrations. Couples can choose to exchange vows inside the Main Barn or The Byre or outdoors in licensed spaces such as Ferne Wood, The Rose Garden, The Courtyard or by The Lake, giving a variety of backdrops for the formal part of the day.

The Main Barn retains its traditional character with high ceilings, original stonework, oak beams and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in light, while The Byre offers a wider layout with a reclaimed oak ceiling and central fireplace that can be arranged for ceremony or dining. Meal service and speeches can follow in these spaces and later move into the modern bar area with a dance floor for evening celebrations; the venue’s licensed bar is staffed throughout the day. Evening capacity is up to 175 guests, with seated ceremony and wedding breakfast capacity up to 130.

Throughout the day couples and their guests make use of the formal gardens, courtyard and lakeside for mingling and photography. After the celebrations, a two-bedroom Granary Cottage on site offers newlyweds the option to stay overnight.
