Each house is booked separately: The Pictureworks sleeps up to 22 guests, Upton Bourn Lodge up to 23, The Threshing Barn up to 18, and Vedalworks up to 24.

All four houses have a private hot tub and sauna. The Pictureworks, Upton Bourn Lodge and Vedalworks have their own heated outdoor pool in season. The Threshing Barn has a daily private session in the shared walled-garden pool.
