I started Bliss out of frustration with shopping for wedding rings in the High Street. I felt disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of choice available in the stores.

I wanted a more personal and enjoyable experience, where I could sit down and take my time to look at lots of styles – and maybe even come up with my own design so that my husband and I could get the rings we’d dreamed about.

Most of all, I wanted to avoid the hard sell that spoils what should be a wonderful experience. I built Bliss to provide our customers with the experience I wish I’d received.
