We create magnificent outside events under beautiful giant tipis, stunning stretch tents and spectacular sailcloth tents, with impeccable service and attention to detail. We cater for events of all sizes from small garden parties to festival spaces, corporate events and grand weddings right across the South and East of England – and beyond when requested.

We are as excited about your event as you are, and our planners can help advise on the luxury marquee or tipi configuration that is perfect for your event. We also stock a range of furniture and finishing touches that can add to your event, including chairs, tables, lighting, flooring and stages.
Our set-up and take-down process is second to none, with good service and expertise in the centre.
Our team are the passion behind the weddings, parties and events. We pride ourselves on the way we work. Our planning team will help you choose the right tipi or tent configuration, and the furnishings and finishing touches that will bring your event to life. They’ll dot the i’s and cross the t’s, leaving you to concentrate on all the other aspects of planning an event…… and of course enjoy yourself!

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE DOING TO BE MINDFUL OF THE ENVIRONMENT: Every customer receives a tree to plant as a living and lasting memento of their day, and we also plant another ten trees on their behalf through our partnership with Ecologi Our marketing materials are carbon neutral and we have installed 75 solar panels at our HQ which generate 75% of our power sustainably We look after our equipment meticulously to ensure that it lasts and is in the best possible condition for our customers We use LED lighting where possible to reduce the power consumed at events we run We choose our vehicles carefully based on their MPG performance and do not operate any HGV’s We keep our mileage to a minimum by focusing our business on the South East & East of England We choose local suppliers over national suppliers All our unique rustic furniture is hand crafted by us using locally sourced timber, limiting the environmental impact We also operate a strong team ethos within Events Under Canvas, with employee well-being at its core. We believe that happy, healthy employees deliver the best in customer service.
