Hi, I’m Marie an established Derbyshire based wedding photographer with over 14 years experience. In that time I have finely tuned my photography skills, to develop a strong, natural and creative style which showcases the beauty, love and emotion at each and every wedding.

When it comes to weddings I would describe myself as a photographer who is there to capture a blend of the candid and the curated.
I am there noticing the unscripted and documentary moments whilst at the same time offering a professional guiding hand to ensure nothing important is missed. It’s an balance to ensure as much as possible is captured, especially for an event as important as a wedding day.

By offering support and gentle direction, I am also able to nurture trust to create an atmosphere where those natural interactions authentically happen without them feeling or looking overly posed.

I addition, my focus is also on those fine details. The little things, such as the dress, rings, flowers, invitations, and any personal items. These are what often hold sentimental significance for my couples. Capturing these really elevates the storytelling of a wedding portfolio.
