Essex award winning wedding photographers Photographing all of Essex, UK & International weddings with a natural & documentary style
We have a natural and relaxed style, aiming to capture the excitement and feel of your wedding day – without getting in the way or making you feel like you’re being dragged around on a photoshoot.
Weddings is what we do – we specialise and don’t do lots of different types of photography.
We set up Bloomwood Photography back in 2012 and have photographed hundreds of weddings at just about every Essex wedding venue – but we’ve also covered weddings further afield, including abroad.
The majority of the images we capture are unposed and are smiles of laughter, or a loving look. Throughout much of your wedding day we’ll be capturing those moments when you don’t even realise we’re there – and that’s when we often get the best photos which capture the feel and emotion of your day.

FAQs
We’re based in Rochford in Essex but we photograph weddings across Essex and beyond. We’re recommended suppliers at several wedding venues in Essex where we work regularly, but we have photographed weddings at most venues in Essex and surrounding areas. We’re willing to travel further away to photograph weddings across the UK and abroad. We generally don’t charge anything for travel costs or time, but if you want coverage a long distance away then get in touch and we can tailor a package to you
We offer a range a different packages which can be found on our website No two weddings are the same and it depends what coverage you want – based upon how late into the evening you want us to be there, and whether you want a second photographer. We can have a chat and give you advice based upon what you want
We don’t specify a minimum or maximum number of photos within any of our packages. Every wedding is different, but ultimately we take photos of as much as we can throughout the day (including duplicates of key photos in case someone is blinking or pulling a face!).We edit everything that we consider to be a good photo and deliver all edited images to you. The longer our coverage of the day, or if you have a second photographer, you’ll naturally get more photos.
We offer a £75 discount for Monday-Wednesday weddings (excluding bank holidays)
