He offers both digital and film photography, focusing on telling the authentic story of each wedding day by capturing genuine emotion and fleeting moments as they naturally unfold.
Russell’s philosophy is to allow the day to progress organically. Working discreetly and blending in with guests, he documents the atmosphere, laughter, and meaningful connections without direction or intrusion. This calm approach helps couples feel completely at ease, allowing them to be fully present and enjoy every moment.

I’m based in The Cotswolds and photograph weddings throughout the region and all across the UK. Whether you're getting married in a countryside manor, rustic barn, marquee at home, or historic venue, I regularly travel throughout Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and beyond. Destination weddings are also very welcome.
I offer full day and half day packages. Bespoke coverage is also available for intimate weddings, shorter celebrations and multi-day events. Digital coverage is included, with 35mm and medium format film photography available as an additional option.
Full-day wedding photography coverage starts at £1500.
My approach is relaxed and storytelling-focused, capturing genuine moments throughout the day. From natural candids to beautiful couple portraits, I’ll tell the full story of your wedding.
I’m happy to travel anywhere for your wedding photography, and travel is included for most locations. The only additional cost would usually be if an overnight stay is required for longer-distance weddings. Any extra costs will always be discussed with you clearly before booking, so there are no surprises.
A preview of some of my favourite images will be sent within a few days. You will receive your full wedding gallery within 8 weeks. I deliver all the photos via a beautiful online gallery which you can share with your family and friends. Every image is individually edited for consistency, tone and storytelling impact.
For a full day package you will receive 500+ photos. These photos are all carefully selected by me and edited to my style.
Yes — I currently offer a 10% discount for midweek weddings taking place Monday to Thursday.
A second photographer can be added if your wedding size or logistics would benefit from additional coverage. I’m happy to advise whether it’s necessary for your day.

Alongside digital photography, I also offer film photography and work with Southsun Film Lab, a UK-based professional lab known for its careful, high-quality film processing. Using a trusted UK lab supports local businesses and helps reduce unnecessary transport. Most importantly, I focus on creating timeless, meaningful photographs — whether captured on film or digital — that are made to last. Sustainability is an ongoing process, and I’m always looking for ways to improve while continuing to provide a personal, high-quality experience for my couples.
