We are Habib and Seema, the creators of Soon To Be Wed Stationery. We are a London-based graphic design couple with a passion for classic wedding stationery. We specialise in save-the-dates, invitations, wedding websites, on-the-day stationery and thank-you cards, with both semi-bespoke and bespoke options available. We take pride in working with you to design and create the perfect wedding stationery, working to your schedule and, just as importantly, your budget.
We understand that your wedding day is a once-in-a-lifetime event and the stationery sets the tone for the big day. That’s why we take the time to get to know you and understand your vision. Based on this understanding, we can suggest the best package that fits your needs and budget. You get our expert guidance to assist and answer any questions you have, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience in creating your dream wedding stationery.
With any invitation order, you get a FREE RSVP website. No more waiting for RSVP cards to be posted back to you - you’ll receive all the responses via email and have all the details in one convenient place. We will carefully design the RSVP site to match your wedding theme, keeping a consistent look and feel across both the physical and digital elements of your special day. You’ll get a personalised URL for your guests to easily access your website and RSVP hassle-free.

You can purchase sample packs on our website and the cost will be deducted from your final quote should you choose to work with us.
We will always send a PDF proof to be signed off before we send the designs off to print. Until these are approved by the client, all printing will be on hold.
We have a minimum spend of £100 on any order.
We will try our best to work with your timeframe and fulfil all orders. Extremely short notice orders need to be agreed on before any work begins, and will incur a rush order fee.
We pride ourselves on creating a package to suit every couple. We will work closely with you to come up with an invitation and stationery package that will suit your taste and budget.
