I will add to the splendour of your day, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the wedding reception. Wedding Toastmaster.

Having previously liaised with the Bride and Bridegroom to discuss their requirements on the big day, my duties as Toastmaster could include some or all of the following:

Arriving at the venue at least 1 hour before the reception to ensure everything is in
place and to acquaint myself with the surroundings.
Greeting the Bride and Groom on their arrival at the reception.
Greeting and directing Family and Guests when they arrive at the reception.
Liaising with the photographer/Videographer.
Directing and announcing the Receiving Line of the Bridal party.
Announcing the Wedding Breakfast and escorting Parents to the top table.
Announcing the Bride and Bridegroom into the Wedding Breakfast and escorting
them to their places.
Saying Grace before the meal, if requested or introducing a Guest to do so.
Organising the cutting of the cake ceremony.
Announcing the toasts and speeches and assisting with any presentations.
Closing the formal proceedings and escorting the Bride and Bridegroom from the Banqueting Room.
