Core Event Hire

We can certainly make suggestions on styling your venue for themes or bespoke ideas you may have and also stock lighting equipment and draping packages for usual generic themes such as Christmas, Halloween, Fireworks Parties, Gatsby Themes, 007 James Bond, 80's Themes, Retro Disco or Rave.

We charge per mile (as standard) or offer a minimum delivery/collection service within a 15 mile radius from our base at £36.00 + VAT

We offer a set-up/de-rig service and we have a team of people who are allocated to each event hire, however if you request the person you spoke to or received a quote from to be on site this is no problem.

As long or short as your requirements are needed. Standard hires we do our rates at 1.0 day (Friday to Saturday) Equipment being used across two shows 1.5 day rate (Friday to Monday) A week hire (7.0 Days) this is charged at a discounted 3.0 day rate.

We can dry hire you a power cable from as little as £1.00 upto a full manned show worth several thousand. All packages are made to order and very flexible depending on your own requirements, we do have basic packages for lighting and Pa systems also available at fixed pricing.

Although we're based in Oxfordshire we travel to all corners of the UK, we have been as South as Devon for stage hire for wedding backdrops and as North of Yorkshire for TV screen hire for Corporate meetings.

We offer a delivery/collection service or we can offer a dry hire (self collection) service where you collect and return the items hired to our unit in Oxfordshire.

We always carry spares with us, this very rarely happens as we pack the vans well and like to protect out equipment as much as we possibly can so it looks great when it arrives at your venue.
