About Mulberry Events
We’re Sam, Mark and the Mulberry Events team, a family wedding styling business with a barn showroom in Battle, East Sussex. Bring your ideas, questions or simply a colour you love. We’ll help you put together flowers, table details, draping and lighting that suit your venue and budget, then take care of delivery, installation and collection. From your first visit to the finished setting, you’ll have friendly, practical help along the way.
You don’t need to arrive with every detail decided. At our Battle showroom, you can dress a guest table with a stylist, compare colours and fabrics, and see how the flowers, linens and candlelight work together. Bring your inspiration pictures and tell us what matters most to you. We’ll listen, talk through the options and help you find a look you feel happy with. Appointments are relaxed and without obligation.
Whether you have a clear plan or would welcome a little guidance, we’re happy to help. Your quotation is itemised, making it easy to see what each choice costs and decide where to spend your budget. If your ideas change, talk to us: we’ll explain what can be adjusted, subject to availability and your booking terms.
Our collection includes realistic faux flowers and greenery, ceremony arches, statement trees, centrepieces, lanterns, candles, linens, napkins, charger plates and chair sashes. We also provide room and ceiling draping, illuminated backdrops, signage, postboxes, illuminated letters, candy carts and garden games.
We work regularly at The Ravenswood and Highley Manor, as well as Tottington Manor and Bannatyne’s in Hastings. We welcome enquiries across East Sussex, West Sussex and Kent. Our full styling service includes delivery, installation, dismantling and collection, with access and timings agreed with your venue.
To get started, send us your wedding date and venue, plus any ideas you’d like to share. We’ll check availability and help you arrange a showroom visit. Minimum spend £280; each wedding is quoted individually.

Yes. With our full styling service, our team delivers and installs your chosen décor. We coordinate access and timings with your venue beforehand, then return to dismantle and collect.
The hire period and collection arrangements are agreed for your wedding and venue. Our full styling service includes installation and collection at the agreed times.
Our minimum spend is £280. Each wedding is quoted individually to reflect your chosen items, styling and venue requirements.
We are based in Battle and welcome enquiries across East Sussex, West Sussex and Kent. Please send your wedding date and venue so we can confirm availability and the service we can offer.
For our full styling service, our team returns to dismantle and collect the items at the time agreed with your venue. Any other return arrangements are confirmed in advance.
A £100 deposit secures your date. It is held as a damage deposit and refunded after the wedding if all items are returned in full and undamaged. Final balance: 30 days before your wedding.
Yes. At our Battle showroom, dress a guest table with a stylist and try flowers, linens and table details together. Visits are by appointment, relaxed and without obligation.
