About Walton Castle
Beautifully restored 17th Century historic Castle Wedding Venue, available with exclusive use. We specialise in all different types of weddings from Festival, Marquee, to intimate wedding. Situated in Clevedon, at the top of a hill, overlooking the Bristol Channel in Somerset.
Can you think of anything more romantic than getting married in a castle on a hill in a quintessentially British seaside town in Somerset? Walton Castle is a Grade II listed hill top property with 360 degree views over wooded North Somerset countryside on one side and across the Bristol channel to Wales on the other. This is perfect for your special wedding day .
The main part of the accommodation is housed on 4 floors in an octagonal keep which sits in the centre of a stunning cobbled courtyard. There are several self contained suites located in the outlying turrets. The property is set in within its own private grounds and is an unique choice for a special family celebration or for a weekend away.Weddings
At Walton Castle we are not a wedding factory! We do not simply churn out an endless parade of identical weddings. We do not offer you a meager selection of mediocre packages. We pride ourselves on our creativity and flexibility!! We are a bespoke venue working with our clients to design the wedding of their dreams at a price they can afford.
In the past years we have hosted festival weddings, black tie weddings, Alice in Wonderland weddings, garden fete and picnic weddings rock n roll weddings, gay weddings, Chinese African Indian weddings!!
There is nothing we cannot turn our hands too and of course Walton Castle provides the fairytale background to whatever style day you most desire.
And of course we have a wedding licence so you can get married onsite!
