Barrington Hall is a beautiful country home, nestled in the charming village of Barrington, Cambridge. It holds a license for indoor & outdoor ceremonies, with a drape lined marquee to continue the celebrations into the evening.

Barrington Hall is fully licensed with the Cambridge Registry Office for Civil Ceremonies and Civil Partnerships. Should you prefer an intimate Ceremony in one of our three idyllic settings , or should you decide on a church wedding, Barrington Village has a beautiful 14th century church just metres from Barrington Hall itself.


Exclusive use of our beautifully restored country house, providing a unique and intimate setting that will create the perfect ambiance for your wedding day!

Our all-weather marquee sits neatly on the manicured lawns, framed by country farm lands and a thick woodland. Equipped with industrial heaters and fire pits for those wintery months, the sides of the marquee can also open, extending the experience onto the lawns allowing guests to enjoy those lazy summer sunsets and warm evenings.

The Kendal Suite is ideal for those smaller, more intimate occasions, seating a maximum of 80 guests. With its skylights letting in natural light and with its fantastic natural acoustics it makes for a wonderful space. The suite can be used as a ceremony room and later transformed into an evening gem, with bi-folding doors opening up onto the lawn.

Barrington are proud to work with Cambridge Dining Company as sole caterer to the venue, providing an extensive menu using fresh ingredients to wow your guests.
