About Stock Farm Wedding Barn
Stock Farm Barn & Grounds sits on the Tatton Estate in Cheshire and is offered for exclusive hire for weddings and events. The main barn is licensed for ceremonies and can be laid out for both the ceremony and wedding breakfast in one open space, with capacity for up to 280 guests.
Adjacent to the main barn, the Stables Barn provides a smaller, characteristic space for welcome drinks, intimate gatherings or a quiet break during the day. The lawn at Stock Farm is used for outdoor ceremonies in suitable months, and an outdoor PA system is available for music. The garden and peaceful grounds provide areas for guests to relax and mingle, with ample on-site parking including EV chargers.
Two preparation rooms and a honeymoon suite are part of the venue’s spaces, and there is a cordoned garden ceremony area. On site, Stock Farmhouse sleeps up to 14 people and Birkin Farmhouse sleeps up to 10 people, offering accommodation for friends and family close to the barn. The layout supports a full progression of the wedding day, from pre-drinks in the courtyard through to the wedding breakfast in the main barn and evening celebrations with festoon lighting and a rustic bar.
Facilities listed in the exclusive hire include tables and chairs, festoon lighting inside and outside, a PA system, and a fire pit in the courtyard. The venue’s positioning on the Tatton Estate’s grounds means a range of backdrops from courtyard and gardens to fields and cobbles are available for guests and photographers.
