We are licensed to conduct both civil ceremonies and civil partnerships and our enviable setting is perfect for your memorable day.
We can cater for all sized receptions, from small intimate gatherings to large extravagant celebrations. Meeting in our beautiful, original stoned walled Farm House and then moving to your ceremony room, followed by your reception in one of the four perfect suites of your choice. We can cater for any individual requirements you may have and will always design a bespoke package for you.

FAQs
We are an exclusive wedding venue. The club will remain open for use to the public but we will only ever have one wedding going on each day.
Yes, we are licensed for civil ceremonies and have 2 licensed civil ceremony rooms to choose from.
We do not offer outdoor wedding ceremonies or receptions.
We do not allow candles at our wedding venue, for safety reasons, we do however, allowed LED lights/candles.
Yes there is a Bridal/Honeymoon Suite at China Fleet Country Club. This is included in all of our wedding packages for the night of the wedding, along with breakfast for the happy couple (subject to availability).
There are 41 self catering apartments on site at China Fleet Country Club. Choose from our Tamar Plus Apartments (sleep 2 adults, 2 children), Lynher Plus Apartments (sleep 4 adults, 2 children), or our Acorn & Acer Cottages (sleep 4 adult, 2 children).
We do charge a corkage fee, however, we have well-stocked bars in all of our wedding function rooms.
We do not allow external caterers within the venue.
We decorate the wedding venue for you, we will discuss delivering items a week ahead of your wedding date. The wedding cake and wedding flowers are the only items that require delivery on the morning of your wedding.
The wedding reception bar closes at midnight.
The only noise restrictions we have on site are in our Farmhouse suite, as the apartments are surrounding. Due to this, the windows and doors need to be closed from 9.00pm.
We allow fireworks on your wedding day, however, the company supplying the fireworks need to provide safety certificates and need to be approved before booking.
We allow biodegradable confetti only.
There are 41 self catering apartments onsite, there is other accommodation located in Saltash.
Our Sustainability Commitments
We are proud to have been awarded TripAdvisor Travellers Choice Award, TripAdvisor Green Leader Golf Award, Green Tourism Gold Award, Planet Saver – Devon & Plymouth Chamber Awards Winner. • Installed solar film to our Upper Deck and Brasserie windows. The solar film blocks harmful UV rays, which means lower air conditioning requirements. • We have our own water supply and treatment plant. This makes us self-sufficient and able to supply quality water with little environmental impact. • We use low-energy LED light fittings and have installed sensor lighting in low-use areas. We continually monitor our energy levels. • We recycle our plastic, cardboard, tins, aluminium, bottles, newspapers and cooking oil and use a zero to landfill waste company. We encourage our guests to recycle in the apartments. • We buy the majority of our food and drink from local suppliers and serve it in all of our bars, Brasserie and Upper Deck Bistro. We provide vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options on all of our menus. • We continue to invest in energy-efficient infrastructure: this includes the use of combined heat and power equipment, efficient boilers, air handling systems, pump inverters and a self-contained irrigation system with a weather station to enhance water efficiency. • We are committed to reducing plastic usage by supplying paper straws in our bars, charging for takeaway cups, and encouraging the use and sale of reusable cups. We are registered on 'Refill' a community that promotes free water refills to save on plastic waste. • We have electrical charging points on site for electric cars. Part of the bp pulse network. • We have a 165kw Solar array on our main Club roof helping us to reduce our carbon footprint. • We consult with our employees and have a Green Team responsible for departmental initiatives. • We continue to develop wild flower planting areas on our grounds to aid the local wildlife. • We use 100% organic beauty products in our spa.
