At the Eden Project couples can plan a wedding that makes use of the site’s distinctive indoor environments and versatile event spaces. The Rainforest Biome, with its dense foliage and scale, and the Mediterranean Biome, with the scents and colours of herbs and citrus, provide contrasting backdrops for ceremonies, receptions or both — and are designed to give an outdoor feel regardless of the weather.

Weddings can take place in either biome, and there are additional spaces such as the Gallery and Eden Kitchen available for exclusive hire later in the day. Between October and March there’s even the option to use the ice rink as a staged area. The venue team can work with couples to plan menus focused on seasonal produce, with around 80 % of food sourced locally. After evening celebrations in the Mediterranean Biome, lighting on the paths and the arched ceiling creates a star-like effect. A personalised voucher for each guest allows return access to the Eden Project the day after the wedding. Couples can also consider arrival ideas such as the site’s land train or, for those with different tastes, a SkyWire or abseil entrance, and photo opportunities span from the Malaysian House to the aerial rainforest walkway and the waterfall. Throughout planning and on the day an events team is available to assist.
