The hotel has a marriage licence and can look after very small weddings or large ones, when the hotel is taken over exclusively. Their experienced wedding planners will meticulously craft a bespoke experience, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.

Tresanton offers a wonderful setting for a wedding by the sea. The hotel has a marriage licence, but if you prefer to get married in church, the 14th century church of St Just in Roseland is nearby and is one of the most beautiful in England.
Located directly below the hotel, Tresanton’s Beach Club consists of three terraces set just above the waterline. This is the perfect place for sun soaked waterside lounging and is now available for the exclusive use of weddings for up to 50 guests between 10am and 6pm. Alternatively, the restaurant can cater for up to 70 guests, the function room called the Cinema can cater for up to 50 guests and the private waterfront terrace called the Nook can cater for up to 30 guests. For a special treat pre or post wedding, Pinuccia, Hotel Tresanton’s magnificent 8 metre classic racing yacht is available for hire for up to 6 guests, hosted by an in-house skipper. Built in 1939 to race for Italy at an international competition, Pinuccia is the most beautiful boat in St Mawes harbour. Should the tide be right, the happy couple can depart a wedding service from St Just in Roseland church and arrive at Tresanton by water in truly legendary style.
